Yellowstone National Park/Red Lodge Alumni College Program and Registration:

Choose your accommodations in Yellowstone National Park:

Lake Yellowstone Hotel was completed in 1891 and restored to its 1920s grandeur in 1990. The beautiful hotel sits on the shore of Yellowstone Lake and is listed on the Register of Historic Places. Hotel guestrooms capture the historic 1920's ambiance. Yellowstone Lake Hotel rooms all feature a front hotel view with one single queen bed for singles and doubles only. Number of rooms in the Lake Yellowstone Hotel is limited.

Yellowstone Lake Lodge Western Cabins are spacious rustic cabins with a private bathroom. Each room features two double queen beds and accommodates 1-4 people. The cabins are located about 250 yards from the Yellowstone Lake Hotel. Number of cabins available is limited.

Red Lodge Camp is located in the Rocky Mountains and situated at 7000 feet above sea level. The camp is beautiful and rustic and features a full-service dining facility, library, some cabins with baths, several double cabins for doubles and family cabins. Linens will be provided.

Please note that all park accommodations are non-smoking and reflecting the natural surroundings of Yellowstone; televisions, radios, air conditioning, and Internet service is not available. Wheelchair accessible accommodations are available on a limited basis.

Make your reservation today! Red Lodge Alumni College Registration is limited to 20 participants. A minimum of 16 participants is needed for the Yellowstone National Park/Red Lodge ALumni College.

Alumni College Package Pricing

Pricing for participants is based on adults and children ages 13 years or older. The College cannot accept children younger than 6 years of age.

• $1800. per person– Yellowstone Lake Hotel
• $1650. per person– Yellowstone Lake Lodge Western Cabin
• $2600. per double (2 person adult party) - Yellowstone Lake Hotel
• $2500. per double (2 person party - Yellowstone Lake Lodge Western Cabin
• $4500. Group/family of 3-4 adult/children age 6 years and older - Yellowstone Lake Lodge Western Cabin
   

Please note below what is included in the Yellowstone National Park/ Red Lodge Alumni College package pricing.

Included in your Tuition:

•  Accommodations: 1 night in Billings Montana, 3 nights in Yellowstone Lake Hotel or Cabins and 3 nights at the Red Lodge camp.

• Meals: Breakfast in Billings, 3 breakfasts at the Red Lodge camp, daily box lunches (7) and 5 dinners (Billings, Yellowstone, Red Lodge camp and the town of Red Lodge). Enjoy evening social gatherings with snacks and beverages.

• Full week of geological, ecological and environmental educational opportunities with Franklin & Marshall College faculty members.

• Transportation to and from local airport on Saturday, August 10 and Saturday, August 17.

• Admission to Yellowstone National Park.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED - $ 250 per person is required by May 5, 2013. $500 for parties of two people OR $1000 for groups of 3-4 people.

Alumni College Participant Responsibilities

• Airfare or other transportation from your home to the local airport and return.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations and requests for refunds of deposit (minus $100 per person) must be made in writing to Franklin & Marshall Alumni & Parent Relations prior to May 5, 2013.

No refunds will be issued after May 5, 2013.
