Cigna Employee Assistance Program Presents:

Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. EST

More and more, people are discovering that alternative treatments, therapies, and practices may hold promise in their quest to get and stay healthy. In this seminar, we’ll explore how concepts such as mindfulness and a holistic approach to wellness might be helpful to you.  We’ll take a look at and demystify some of the common, and less common, alternative/complementary practices. And we’ll learn what science says about what they might be able to do for you.
