Tips to Earn Points Today
Complete your health assessment. Each person enrolling in F&M's Wellness Rewards must complete the site's health assessment in order to participate in the program, and to earn incentives. If you completed this assessment last year, update/edit your existing information to earn these points.
Record monthly physical activity.
Brand new to this year's program: you can now earn points for completing and logging monthly Physical Activity. Activity can be entered each month.
Participants are challenged to complete an average of at least 90 minutes or more of planned, purposeful physical activity performed with the intention of acquiring fitness or other health benefits during each week of the month. Weekly exercise may be completed in 20- or 30-minute sessions if desired.
Biometric Screenings Results Will be Available Soon.
If you participated in the Biometric Screenings Event on Tuesday, September 24th or Wednesday, September 25th, your results will be automatically uploaded to your Wellness Rewards account. You will earn 25 points for attending the screening. Please note these results may take 4-6 weeks to be displayed in your account.
Lancaster Heart Walk - October 5th
Any F&M employees participating in the Lancaster Heart Walk this Saturday, October 5th, should contact Renee Yoder at X4260 for a time and place to meet and walk the circuit together. Your participation in the Heart Walk counts towards the Wellness Rewards Program. Please contact Robin Wert-Eller to get the code to record this activity. 10,000 Steps - October 20th to November 30th
During this 6-week event, track your daily steps and earn Wellness Rewards points. More information, including how to sign up for this event, is forthcoming.
