The following Yoga classes will be held on campus this semester.

Gentle Yoga

Fridays 12:05 – 12:55 p.m.
Dance Studio B (ROS 113)

A relaxing Hatha yoga class with easy postures designed to increase flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and reduce stress. Good for people with injuries or limited flexibility. Yoga mat required.

Instructor Jane Marie Clipman has been practicing yoga for 25 years and is certified through the Himalayan Institute. jclipman@fandm.edu

Basic Power Yoga

Thursdays 5:05 – 5:55 p.m.
Dance Studio B (ROS 113)

An introduction to power yoga poses that build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Modifications shown for all ability levels. A great body sculpting workout! No experience necessary. Yoga mat required.

Advanced Power Yoga

Tuesdays 5:05 – 5:55 p.m.

An advanced Vinyasa class with fast-paced sequences of very challenging poses that require strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Pose names given in Sanskrit.
