Alpha Phi's 2nd Annual Alpha Phifa is April 11

  • alphaphifafall2013tournament

Alpha Phi’s 2nd Annual Alpha Phifa is right around the corner! The event was such a big success last year that we want to make it even bigger this year. We would love for the Franklin and Marshall faculty to support us and participate in our event this year by creating teams (there is no limit to how many!). Organizations on our campus has always been so supportive of Alpha Phi, so we would be thrilled to see the faculty support us as well.

Alpha Phifa is a 5 v. 5 soccer tournament, taking place from 4:30 p.m. to  6:30 p.m., Friday, April 11, at the Sponaugle-Williamson Football Field. Teams are made up of five to six players from your organization, five of whom may play at a time. Games are seven minutes initially, but time will increase as the tournament progresses into the final rounds. We will also have Kick For A Cause, Head It Catch It and other small games for attendees who are either no longer playing or who do not wish to play in the tournament.

All proceeds raised will benefit the Alpha Phi Foundation in support of women’s heart health.

If you have any further questions or would like to register a team, please contact Kaki White (kwhite1@fandm.edu) or Emma Collins (ecollins@fandm.edu) and let them know!
