The final TDF Theatre production of the season, Tony Kushner’s award winning epic, "Angels in America Part One: Millennium Approaches," is 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 3, Friday, April 4, and Saturday, April 5 with a 2 p.m. Saturday matinee, in Schnader Theatre of the Roschel Performing Arts Center.
Director Carol C Davis considers this the most iconic American play since Death of a Salesman. In Newsweek, Jack Kroll wrote that it is “Daring and dazzling! The most ambitious American play of our time: an epic that ranges from earth to heaven, focuses on politics, sex, and religion …” and more! This play won every award possible when it premiered in 1990, and its themes still ring true today!
