Homecoming Parkers Directed to Clipper

If you’re driving to Homecoming this weekend, Oct. 10 to 12, the best option is to park at Clipper Magazine Stadium on North Prince Street and take a shuttle.

The College will offer a shuttle running continuously from the stadium parking lot to campus on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Parking is permitted in valid parking spaces on the streets surrounding campus, but there will be no parking available behind Campus Crossings-College Row. The lot is reserved for College Row residents.

The Williamson parking lot will be closed beginning Friday, Oct. 10, at 2 a.m., to prepare for Saturday’s Tailgate Extravaganza. The lot must be cleared of all vehicles before then or they will be subject to towing.

Tailgate Extravaganza features tents from academic departments, student groups, athletic teams and alumni groups at Williamson Lot on Saturday, Oct. 11, from noon to 2 p.m.

The west parking lot for the Alumni Sports and Fitness Center-College Square will be secured for students, faculty and staff only. However, parking will be available during sporting events at the turf field.

The Admission parking lot will be available for parking only for prospective students and their parents.
