The John Marshall Pre-Law Honor Society inducted its new members at a ceremony in New York City last weekend.

A group Franklin & Marshall students and administrators traveled to the ceremony, which took place at the law offices of Horwitz, Horwtiz and Paradis on the 61st floor of the Chrysler Building—the level on which the famous gargoyles are located. Paul O. Paradis P'12 hosted the event, which included approximately 80 students and their guests, including parents and family members.

Those attending the event were treated to a spectacular view of the sunset, says Frank Tortorello, executive director of career services. The group also had a commanding view of lower Manhattan, Brooklyn and a perfectly framed shot of the Empire State Building against the sunset.
