Women's Center Seeks Mementos for Time Capsule

The Alice Drum Women's Center is collecting items from women's organizations and athletic teams to be placed in a time capsule that will be stored in the College archives. The contents of the capsule should reflect women's accomplishments and activities in 2009—the 40th anniversary of coeducation at Franklin & Marshall.

The campus community is invited to attend a brief ceremony marking the closure of the time capsule on Oct. 14 at 4:30 p.m. in front of the Patricia E. Harris Center for Business, Government & Public Policy. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held in the atrium of Steinman College Center.

If you would like to submit an item, please contact Samara Valentine '10 or Judy Pehrson, director of the women's center.
