Maintain Your Weight Over the Holidays (MYWOH)
Sign up for our motivational series of e-newsletters to help keep you on track through this joyous, food-filled time of year! Each weekly issue will include helpful tips, action items, and healthy recipes to encourage you to start or continue healthy habits that prevent holiday weight gain.

Emails will begin the week of Thanksgiving and continue until January. Simply record your weight weekly using the tracking tool. This is a simple way to help you stay on track during the crazy holiday activities. Deadline to participate is November 21, 2014.

It's the most wonderful time of year, right? In reality, many people find the holidays stressful and even depressing. In this seminar, you'll discover how to let go of unrealistic expectations. You'll learn how to balance holiday obligations while taking care of yourself, deal with difficult family members. You'll also learn how to eat, drink and spend in moderation, and find ways to really enjoy the season.
No registration is necessary. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.
