Nine Faculty Members Earn Promotions

Nine members of the faculty at Franklin & Marshall College have received promotions in advance of the 2014-2015 academic year.


Curricular Innovation Grant Boosts F&M Faculty Center Funding to $1.1 Million

An ongoing commitment to preparing faculty to meet this challenge has earned Franklin & Marshall College's new Faculty Center a $250,000 grant from the Arthur Vining Davis Foundations. The award brings total support for the center to $1.17 million from various sources.


Two New College House Dons Start This Fall

Two of Franklin & Marshall College's five college houses will have new dons in the 2014-15 academic year, Professor of English Patricia O'Hara at Ware College House and Shirley Watkins Steinman Professor of Classics Ann Steiner at Bonchek College House.

A tractor this spring spread compost made from Franklin & Marshall College's food waste over Sponaugle-Williamson Field. The practice is designed to build healthier turf, but it's also an example of the College's campus-wide efforts at sustainability
