Logging in on or after Saturday, February 1 will generate a security email to you giving you a security code that you will need to enter on the PNC login screen to continue to your information. The email will be sent to the email address you specified on your application.
A browser cookie will be automatically placed in your browser files. When you use another computer or have your preference in your browser set to delete cookies, you will again receive a security email and code.
PNC has adopted this process for all of their customers to comply with guidelines regarding multifactor authentication security enhancements as dictated by The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC).
