Carmen replies to inquiries pertaining to employment and benefits information stored in the Banner Human Resources Information System.  Carmen maintains and audits data stored in the HRIS system to assure for the integrity of the system.  She provides support to College employees by assisting with questions, researching issues, and fulfilling requests as they pertain to information stored in Banner.

Carmen joined the Franklin & Marshall community in 2013.  She offers over 15 years of human resources experience to include expertise in recruiting, benefits, HRIS, payroll and new hire processing.  She was previously employed by Ellucian (formerly Sungard Higher Education) in Malvern, Pa.  Carmen earned an Associate Degree in Office Administration from Delaware County Community College and a Professional Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University.
