P.E.O. Program for Continuing Education
US Citizen, Junior or Senior students
Deadline: Applications will be considered no more than 4 months prior to the date of need on the application form and all forms must be received eight weeks before the grant is needed.

P.E.O., national women's organization, has a Program for Continuing Education which provides monetary grants to women whose education has been interrupted and who find it necessary to resume studies due to changing demands in their lives.
The maximum one-time grant is $2000 and can be used for tuition, books, transportation or child-care.
Eligibility includes the following: US Citizen, at least 24 consecutive months as a nonstudent sometime in adult life, within 24 months of completing degree, not enrolled in a Ph.D., law, or medical doctorate degree program, studying within the US or Canada
