Information Technology Services (ITS)
Information Technology Services provides and supports the technology solutions the College relies upon. From wireless networks, to classroom computers and software in campus offices—ITS provides it all. We pride ourselves on not only providing support but being an effective partner with every area of the campus-- academic, administrative, operations-- as we bring ideas to the table, think through challenges, consider experiments and pilot new possibilities. Information Technology Services (ITS) has a regularly scheduled maintenance window each Wednesday evening from 6:15 – 8:15 pm. ITS will use these scheduled downtimes to make system changes (software, hardware, configuration, etc.) to ensure that they are optimized for best performance. Typically, these outages will affect isolated locations or individual services.
Equipment and system failures that need to be corrected outside of the maintenance will be minimized and communicated to the College Community.
