Earl Devaney ’70 Tapped as Stimulus Sheriff
President Barack Obama has named Earl Devaney ’70 as chairman of the new Recovery Act Transparency and Accountability Board, which will oversee the $787 billion economic stimulus plan.
The former Secret Service agent is currently serving as inspector general of the Department of Interior.
Devaney majored in government at Franklin & Marshall.
