Within hours of the massive earthquake and tsunami that devastated parts of northeastern Japan on March 11, Franklin & Marshall College extended its sympathy and support to colleagues and friends at Tohoku Gakuin University. Since then, interested members of the Franklin & Marshall community have gathered many times to gain understanding about the tragedy and to develop ways to help the people of Japan. An update on many of these efforts appeared in the March 24 issue of the Diplomat.
This site will collect and record the continuing efforts of the F&M community throughout the first year of Japan's recovery. Check the links at the left and The Diplomat for regular updates.
