Equip Yourself for Life After College
Securing a professional position is not easy, so Career Services offers special programs and events to guide your professional development and career exploration.
Foundations For Success (FFS): One-year coaching intensive program dedicated to guiding students through an internship or job search. (Sophomores, juniors, and seniors only).
Life After College Success Program (LACSP): Two-year program for students to develop a deeper understanding of their after-college goals. (Juniors and seniors only).
Career Day: Practice networking skills by interacting with F&M alumni and parents who mentor and provide insight on careers.
Graduate School Fair: Meet with 85+ graduate and professional programs from around the globe.
Industry Treks: One-day treks to major U.S. cities. These customized bus trips offer an in-depth look at a specific industry by combining an alumni networking event with a visit to an industry leading employer.
