Once you have completed the application process, stop by Career Services to have the form signed. You will then take the form to the Registrar's Office. If you have any additional questions, please call us at 717-291-4084.
After completing your internship, it is your responsibility to have your supervisor complete the Internship Field Supervisor Evaluation form. This must be returned to your faculty sponsor 2 weeks before the end of the semester.
