Get Involved
Franklin & Marshall College relies on its alumni and parents to help support both campus and regional alumni events. Contact one of the people below to learn about these and other ways in which you can serve as a volunteer for the College.
Reunion Volunteers
Every five years, your class will celebrate reunion on F&M's beautiful campus. Much planning is needed for such a worthwhile event to take place, and the Office of Alumni Programs depends on volunteers from each class to help to customize their celebration and raise reunion class gifts.
Homecoming is another opportunity for alumni volunteers to give a few hours of their time to assist the Alumni Programs office. Opportunities can range from helping to greet visiting alumni, providing directions to an event location, or handing out tickets to events. Contact the Director of Alumni Programs, Cathy Cross Roman '77, at 717-291-4197 for additional details.
Regional Alumni Chapters
Franklin & Marshall Alumni can be found worldwide! Anywhere there are concentrations of alumni, there can be alumni activity. Regional volunteers plan social and community events for alumni in areas that will provide opportunities to strengthen the F&M network through renewing friendships, learning about campus happenings, and being involved in the life of the College. If you think that you may be interested in volunteering your time to become a regional chapter leader or if you have an interest in helping your area, contact Assistant Director of Alumni Programs, Aimee Achorn, at 717-358-4719.
Career Services
One trait shared by the most celebrated colleges in the country is a strong career network. Through the Alumni and Parent Career Network, you can provide career advice, an internship, or a job for an F&M student or alumnus. The College recognizes the importance of mentorship in choosing a career, and our students are increasingly seeking these opportunities from our alumni and parents. Please contact Career Services at 717-291-4084 if you would like further information.
The Blue & White Singers Need You!

They preform two to four times per year including the Nevonian Society Luncheon which is held annually to honor those alumni who are celebrating their 50th anniversary of graduation from the College. Rehearsals are held once a month on a Sunday afternoon. This group is directed by Ed Wallace.
