Telephone Interviewers

Vacancies periodically arise for part-time (maximum of 20 hours per week) Telephone Interviewers within the Floyd Institute at Franklin & Marshall College. Interviewers conduct research interviews by phone, using computer software to collect data. Interviewers strive to maximize completed surveys and minimize refusals. Telephone interviews are conducted by Interviewers from the Floyd Institute's call center on the Franklin & Marshall campus.

Interviewers will be able to work a flexible part-time schedule within the following hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; and Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interviewers are asked to work 3 to 4 hours per day during these time periods. The flat starting hourly rate of pay is $8.75.  Bilingual abilities may adjust the hourly pay upwards.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; computer literacy; good communication / telephone skills; and a strong work ethic.
