Room Reservation Request Form

In order to reserve a room for an event on campus, please fill out the following form in its entirety.

Please note:

  • All fields must be completed.
  • Reservations should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Requests are reviewed Monday - Friday from 8:30AM to 3:30PM
  • Allow a minimum of 1 business day for review and acceptance of your request.

Questions should be directed to the College Reservationist via email at reservation@fandm.edu or by calling 717.358.4730. While the College Reservationist reserves the vast majority of spaces on campus, reservations for all athletic facilities, including the Alumni Sports and Fitness Center, are handled by Shawn Carty 717.358.4406 .

PLEASE NOTE: If your guest requires network access for their personal computer, send an email to the ITS Call Center so that they may assist you.

Use the tab key (not the return key) to move to the next text box. The submit button is at the bottom of the form.

If your event is being held in the Barshinger Center, please contact Mark Miskinis at 717.291.3901 for set-up or equipment requirements. Due to the complexity of staging events in the Barshinger Center and the staffing needed for such events, reservations for the use of this space need to be made no less than two weeks in advance.

If your event is being held in the Steinman College Center, please contact Lucy Gillichbauer at 717.358.4492 for set-up and equipment requirements.

Do not leave any boxes blank. If you do, your request will not be accepted. For example, even if you don't need audiovisual or setup support, you need to enter text ("none" or "n/a," for example) in the box. Remember, in order to submit your request properly, you must put text in each box.
