New Faculty Introductions

The faculty of the Department of Business, Organizations, and Society is pleased to announce the following new faculty joining in Fall 2009:

Susan Andrzejewski

Susan Andrzejewski will join as an Instructor specializing in Marketing. Ms. Andrzejewski will complete her doctoral work in the summer of 2009 at Northeastern University, working with Judith Hall. Her dissertation is titled, "An Examination of the Relation Between Prejudice and Interpersonal Sensitivity".


Lisa Calvano

Lisa Calvano will join as an Assistant Professor specializing in Organization Studies.  Dr. Calvano completed her doctoral work in 2008 at The Fox School of Business, Temple University. Her dissertation is titled, "Stakeholder Conflict in Philadelphia's Casino Controversy".


Seth J. Kopchak

Seth Kopchak will join as an Instructor specializing in Finance. Mr. Kopchak will complete his doctoral work in the spring of 2009 at West Virginia University. His dissertation is titled, "Essays on Open Market Operations, the Maturity Composition of the Public Dept. in Circulation, and the Term Structure".


Sara Jane McCaffrey

Sara Jane McCaffrey will join as an Instructor specializing in International Business. Ms. McCaffrey will complete her doctoral work in the summer of 2009 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her dissertation is titled, "The Politics of Skill Building in a Global Age: New International Standards in Old Industrial Economies".


Bryan T. Stinchfield

Bryan Stinchfield will join as an Instructor specializing in Organization Studies. Mr. Stinchfield will complete his doctoral work in the summer of 2009 at Southern Illinois University. His dissertation is titled, "A Theory of Entrepreneurial Work: Art, Craft, Engineering and Bricolage".
