We occasionally host a variety of free movies/ discussion nights where anyone in the community is welcome. Recent movies have included “Iron-Jawed Angels”, “Water”, and "Shirley Chisholm: Unbought and Unbossed".

Guests...

We often host speakers / lecturers who present on a variety of issues. Some past guests have discussed women in the criminal justice system, women's activism against war, eating disorders, and women's reproductive rights.

Get involved...

If you interested in becoming a larger part of the Women’s Center, think about applying for the Executive Board. Applications are accepted each spring for Executive Board positions. The Executive Board consists of 14 students, a faculty member, and two professional staff who work with the Director to determine the topics of lunchtime discussions, arrange speakers and programming and provide opportunities to increase awareness of women’s issues on campus.

You can also serve on a Women's Center subcommittee.
