Phillips Joins F&M as Director of Student Wellness Programs

Please welcome Regina Phillips to F&M in her role as director of Student Wellness Programs.  Regina joins us having recently served as outreach coordinator for the Office of Student Wellness & Health Promotion at the University of Delaware.

In her role there, she oversaw the peer health education program and worked collaboratively with departments across the university to address issues related to health promotion and substance abuse prevention.

In this new role at Franklin and Marshall, Regina will work closely with our peer health educators, student groups, and the staff of the F&M Student Wellness Center. She will identify and initiate wellness education programs focused on issues such as nutrition, stress reduction, sleep strategies and substance abuse prevention.  In addition, she will work with the College's Mindfulness Committee as we expand our mindfulness initiatives and trainings across campus and the academic year.

Regina's office is located next to the F&M Student Wellness Center in College Square.  She can be contacted at 358-5857 or regina.phillips@fandm.edu

Welcome, Regina!
