Active Minds Outrunning Stigma 5k Fun Run/Walk is April 12

The Active Minds 2nd Annual Outrunning Stigma 5K Fun Run/Walk is 11 a.m., April 12.

Start Location: Mayser Gym's main entrance
 
Come join other members of the F&M community for a fun run or walk to raise awareness of mental health issues and support the advocacy work of Active Minds at F&M and nationally.  
 
Individual registration is $25.

One in 4 people have a diagnosable mental health disorder. Active Minds at F&M educates the campus community about mental health by promoting an environment on our campus in which people are comfortable finding help and are able to access available resources. Our goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness.
