Composting Begins Friday, Jan. 17

  • compost dining hall Food scraps, paper plates, plastic utensils -- composting begins in the dining hall om Jan. 17.

Friday January 17th, is a big day for sustainability at F&M. Starting at breakfast, post-consumer food scraps along with napkins and other compostables will be collect at D Hall. Collection from the prep kitchen began in November and has gone beautifully.
