S.I.S.T.E.R.S Club 8th Annual Pink Tie Ball Is April 12

The student-led S.I.S.T.E.R.S. Club is having their 8th annual PINK TIE BALL from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m., April 12, in the Woods Room on the second floor of Franklin & Marshall College's Alumni Sports and Fitness Center. This year's proceeds will be given to the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster at the Lemon Street location.

S.I.S.T.E.R.S stands for Sophisticated Intelligent Sisters Teaching Excellence Responsibility and Success, and is a student-run organization at F&M.

Our beneficiary for the 8th Annual Pink Tie Ball will be the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster. The Boys and Girls Club started in 1860 with three women in Hartford Connecticut with hopes in helping young boys roaming in the street to see their potential.

Today, their mission has evolved to empower and educate children to reach their individual capacity and become influential members in society. We believe that the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster exemplifies the mission and purpose that S.I.S.T.E.R.S aims to achieve. We are excited about our mission and we would like to contribute. Please assist us in making our 8th Annual Pink Tie Ball a success and help us reach our donations goal of $500 for the Boys and Girls Club.

The money you donate will allow our organization to continue bridging connections with those around us.  Please feel free to e-mail us, SISTERS@fandm.edu, to inquire more about your monetary donation or to purchase tickets to our event.

Thank you for your support and we hope to see you at this years Pink Tie Ball.
