The ITS Web Help Desk system has a new look and fewer options to select from. With these streamlined options, we hope you will find it easier than ever to use. Last year, a majority of our tickets were submitted using the online system. When using helpdesk.fandm.edu, requests are automatically assigned to the person most likely responsible for resolving the request. Any email correspondence that happens is captured in the ticket with copies going back to your email! If you haven't used the system in awhile, give it a try! We hope you like the changes.
