December 18, 2025 As generative artificial intelligence continues to impact teaching and learning on college campuses, Franklin & Marshall is pioneering inventive ways to help students build critical literacy skills they need to compete and excel in an AI-infused society. Associate Professor of Sociology Caroline Faulkner and Senior Instructional Designer Kelly Miller offered a four-part workshop for faculty to help them guide students navigating AI for a wide variety of academic purposes. November 21, 2025 Learning by doing is in our DNA as Diplomats. For Sujal Shah ’27 and Kha Nguyen ’28, this meant collaborating with their computer science professor to research how extended reality can be used for safer, more effective employee training. November 13, 2025 Three F&M students helped conduct a groundbreaking pilot study in Lancaster this summer, assisting Professor Hollie Tripp with tobacco regulatory research. It's the first F&M instance of biospecimen collection from non-campus participants.Our Faculty Are Doing Amazing Work
