When you arrive:

Parking
The College has ample parking available for all activities on campus throughout Reunion Weekend. Parking is available in:

• The Admission lot, located on College Avenue
• The lots adjacent to Tylus field
• Williamson Parking Lot
• The lots behind the Benjamin Franklin Dining Hall
• Parking may be available along Race Avenue. Follow posted parking signs.
• The lot adjacent to Weis College House is reserved for alumni and guests staying there.

Important Parking note:
The lots located behind College Row and adjacent to College Square Retailers are reserved for customers patronizing those businesses. A security officer will monitor the lot on Friday and Saturday. The College strongly suggests that you make use of other available parking. Towing is enforced.

Reunion Registration

Nevonians
Class of 1962 and older - If you are planning to attend the Nevonian Luncheon you can pick up your registration materials in the Alumni Sports & Fitness Center (ASFC). There is plenty of parking adjacent to this building including parking for the handicapped. Stop in for a cup of coffee, pick up your nametag and a Reunion Weekend Schedule of Events before attending the Service of Gratitude and Remembrance and the Nevonian Luncheon.

Nevonian registration will be located in the ASFC from 9 a.m. until Noon on Friday, June 1. At all other times please go to the Barshinger Life Sciences & Philosophy Building.

Reunion Registration Central
Registration is located in the Barshinger Life Sciences & Philosophy Building adjacent to the Williamson parking lot. Throughout the weekend, this is the center of the Reunion universe. If you have pre-registered - you can pick up your registration materials including your lanyard nametag. If you haven’t, no problem, stop in and we can quickly sign you up to attend any event throughout the weekend.  Don’t forget to pick up your Reunion Weekend Schedule of Events – it is filled with all the information you need for the weekend.  Make sure to check out the Reunion Information Desk – sign out an F&M bike, sign up for childcare, see what’s happening in Lancaster this weekend or simply ask a question. We can help you.  

Remember:  Your lanyard is your entrance to all Reunion events.

Golf Carts
Transportation via golf carts is available throughout campus to transport those who need assistance. Feel free to request assistance from Reunion Volunteers and Reunion Student Ambassadors.

Reunion Student Ambassadors
Each year, 35 lucky Reunion Student Ambassadors are selected to attend Reunion Weekend. These are coveted positions. Why? Because students love to meet and talk with alumni! Student Ambassadors whisk you through campus in golf carts, attend weekend activities and programs, assist staff in making the weekend run smoothly, and attend the class dinners. We hope you enjoy getting to know the F&M students of today. Don’t hesitate to ask anyone of these students for assistance – they are here to help you.
