DEADLINE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR SPRING BREAK IS March 1, 2013.  NO EXCEPTIONS! Payments must be made in the Auxiliary Services office no later than March 4, 2013, 4PM. 

If you plan on taking our shuttle to the Lancaster Train Station, please be aware that you may no longer ride without a reservation and pay the driver.  You must have a reservation and have paid in the Auxiliary Services office prior to the deadline.  You will need to show the driver your paid reciept.  Thank you.

To assist you in your travel plans at the start and end of breaks through the academic year, (excluding the very beginning of the semester in August ) we will be offering shuttle services to and from the Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Baltimore airports, as well as the Lancaster Train Station. Payments may be made by check (to "Franklin & Marshall College"), cash or Ben's Bucks. Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-3pm to accept payments. 

The cost of this service will be: (each way)

Lancaster      $10.00- Please call our office for the Lancaster Airport Shuttle schedule. 

Harrisburg     $25.00

Philadelphia  $35.00 (You may also take the train for an easy commute to the PHL airport)

Baltimore       $35.00

Lancaster Train  $5.00

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR SHUTTLE FOR PHL OR BWI 4 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE TIME.  UNEXPECTED TRAFFIC, ACCIDENTS OR WEATHER MAY CAUSE DELAYED TRAVEL TIME WHEN TRAVELING TO THESE AIRPORTS. 

FOR YOUR SAFETY, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICE IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE A PRIOR RESERVATION, PLEASE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pick up and Drop off Points

As part of our service, we drop off students at their specified airline terminal. (ie, USAir, Airtran,Delta,etc)  

Pick up point on campus will be at the lobby or outside of the Mayser Physical Education Center. 

The following are pickup points for the airports:

• PHL- pick up terminal C by USAIR.  YOU MUST BE OUTSIDE WAITING, look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van. 
• BWI-  pick up at USAIRWAYS. Please go to the USAIRWAYS Baggage Claim area. YOU MUST BE OUTSIDE  WAITING. Look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van.
• HIA- pick up outside airport entrance. Look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van. 
• LNS- pick up outside airport entrance. Look for the F&M van or Friendly Transportation town car or van.

Should you have any changes in your arrival, please call (717) 344-1285. so Auxiliary Services can contact your driver.
