Break Shuttle F.A.Q

Where do I go to catch the shuttle?

Shuttle pick up and drop off is located at the MAYSER CENTER.

Make sure you are at the pick up location at least 5-10 minutes early.



What must I provide to get on the shuttle?

E-mail confirmation is required and your F&M ID must be made available to the shuttle driver.

Be sure to verify your personal information on the shuttle driver's sheet and make sure that your contact telephone number is correct in case we need to call you regarding your pick up, drop off, or other matters.



Who do I call if my plans change or if I don't know where to meet the driver?

During regular business hours (M-F 8:30-4:00pm) you may call the Office of Auxiliary Services at 717.358.4730.

After hours, please call the F&M Break Shuttle Hotline 717-344-1285.


If I am returning to school on a shuttle, where will I find the driver to bring me back to campus?

Look for the F&M van or Friendly Taxi vehicle. Please see the schedule of where pick up will be for your particular airport.



How long will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

It will be at the driver's discretion how long he waits for you. However, the driver may  try and contact you if you are not at the shuttle when he is ready to leave. 

If you have missed your shuttle, you may call Friendly Taxi at 800.795.3278.  Be sure to tell them that you are with F&M.  You may also check the train schedule to Lancaster.  Amtrak can be contacted at 800.872.7245.
