Club & Department Transportation Requests
We would be happy to provide transportation for your department or club, whether it be back-and-forth transportation to an event, a group drop-off or pick-up from an airport, or some other request.
Requirements
- Please send your request to , Office Coordinator, at least two weeks prior to when it is needed.
- Please provide all relevant dates and times and the number of people that need to be transported.
- Please provide a Department account number to be charged.
Charges
- There is a $0.50/mile charge.
- Cost per Driver - $10/hr for any hours between 7AM and 9PM and $18/hr between 9PM and 7AM.
- $10 cell phone cost per drver per trip - The requestor coordinates the trip directly with the driver as well as communication during the trip.
