Barbra received her BS and Master’s in Education from Millersville University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Peaceable Schools Curriculum from Lesley University. An experienced educator, she has taught for thirty-five years in the School District of Lancaster in various special education and elementary school positions. Barbra has extensive experience working with children and families developing early intervention family literacy programs for the school district. In addition, she is an active volunteer in a variety of community organizations.
