Come learn about bioinformatics in Lancaster County. The three-day summer Professional Development Seminar is a program for high school biology teachers to expand their knowledge of bioinformatics. The seminar will feature wet lab and computer lab activities involving molecular biology, genetics, medical problem solving, and working with public databases, as well as classroom-ready teaching materials. Participating high school teachers will receive a $750.00 stipend and $250.00 in supplies.
