These rights and responsibilities are the means by which we, the members of BROOKS House regulate our living space. These responsibilities co-exist with the College's Code of Student Conduct. Some incidents may violate House rules and the College's conduct policy. This code of conduct is a living document, one that will change and take shape in accord with the will of the members of our house. Disputes and violations will be dealt with by the Prefect and House Advisers who may turn over the case to the House Judiciary which will schedule a hearing and make a ruling, and where necessary issue sanctions. Failure to comply with sanctions issued by the House Judiciary may result in the case being moved into the College.
