Cashier Services
Cashier Services are available in the Business Office, which is located at 644 Race Avenue. The Business Office is open 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Open 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Students are permitted to cash checks as follows:
- can cash their own personal checks up to $50.00
- can cash checks from parents up to $200.00
- can cash F&M student payroll checks
- Checks must be made payable to the student in order for them to receive cash (please do not make payable to Franklin & Marshall)
- Checks written by one student to another will not be cashed under any circumstances
- Deposits for debit accounts accepted*
- Breakage cards can be purchased or balance on card refunded
- Cash reimbursement made for approved out of pocket expenditures less than $200.00
- ATM machines are located on campus at the Steinman College Center (lower level) and at College Square
- Loy Loan payments accepted
- Students MUST present their F&M ID when receiving cash back for all transactions
Loy Loans
- Emergency loan fund from which students can borrow up to $400 for no more than 30 days

- 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Students MUST present their F&M ID AND a second picture ID to receive this loan
Tuition Payments
- Payments accepted daily 8:30-4:00pm in the Student Accounts area
* Deposits can also be made at the Auxiliary Services Office (Steinman College Center) from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
