The Coach's role is to educate and promote learning necessary for an effective career/internship/graduate school search. Coaches teach strategies, provide opportunities for students to practice skills, recommend plans for moving forward, teach networking as the cornerstone of the search, and make suggestions based on robust experience, training, and knowledge.
Coaching is designed to be more than a single meeting! To get the most out of coaching students and alum should be committed to multiple meetings over a period of time. While we offer single meetings geared toward a specific need (such as a mock interview), we recommend that students commit to a longer-term endeavor.
