Schedule an appointment to meet with the Board:
1. Have all your paperwork completed and submit paperwork before 4p.m. Friday to OCP. You must have your paperwork completed and clip it on the clipboard located on the bulletin board in OCP.
2. Sign up for 15 minute appointment
3. Meetings FALL 2012 is in Armstrong Room.
**If you paperwork is not completed, example your advisor has not signed your paperwork. Club Council will not meet with you.

Club Council is a group of 8 students who are responsible for allocating over $90,000 to recognized student clubs and organizations. Club Council is also responsible for overseeing these funds once allocated to ensure that they are being properly spent.
The Club Council serves as a communications link and resource for the recognized student organizations at F&M. Club Council is responsible for the recognition of new student clubs and organizations, development and enforcement of policies and procedures affecting student organizations, and serves as an advisory board to clubs and organizations on subjects ranging from the structure of the organization to the planning of events.
