Dear student organizations,
The Common Hour Committee has given student organizations a great opportunity to host an event during common hour on November 4th and December 9th. It could either be an event that your organization already does annually that would work well in the one-hour time slot of Common Hour or it could be an innovative collaboration with another organization. This would be advantageous to campus clubs and Greek life to recruit new members and inform the campus community about your organizations.
We don’t want to overwhelm you as we can help you every step of the way. Pitch us an event idea and we can suggest other clubs to contact to help you with your ideas. We want to promote cooperation between clubs and organizations to promote the idea of an F&M community, one of the main objectives of the Common Hour. Common Hour cares about students and wants to help you promote your organization. So please take advantage of this opportunity!
