New I-94 Process

On April 30, 2013, the Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a division of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), began automating the Form I-94 process at air and sea ports by eliminating the white, paper Form I-94 card (Arrival/Departure record).  Once implemented, foreign nationals will only receive an entry (admission) stamp in their passports which will include the date of entry, class of admission, port of entry and their status expiration date.

You may print out an I-94 record at the following website for the Social Security Administration, Department of Motor Vehicles, USCIS (for OPT applications) or for new employers (like F&M) as these organizations wil still require official arrival details:  To do so, you will have to enter your personal information and your date and class (F-1) of entry into the US.
