Act 2 - Final Report
Final Report on the LCSWMA Parcel February 2010
The Final Report describes the remediation work that was conducted at the Sites during the period from March 2009 through October 2009. Remediation was accomplished in accordance with the Remedial Investigation Report and Clean-Up Plan dated July 23, 2008 and approved by the PADEP on October 3, 2008 (see Act 2 - Preliminary Report/Plan). The report indicates that the remediation performed has attained compliance with the residential Statewide Health Standard (SHS) for the "Soil Site" and a combination of the residential SHS and the Site-Speecific Standard (SSS) for groundwater beneath the "Groundwater Site."
