Office of Conference & Event Services
The mission of the Office of Conference & Event Services is to promote Franklin & Marshall College and meet the needs of the internal and external community by offering facilities and services to selective organizations and associations for educational conferences, meetings, summer camps, musical and theater productions, athletic events and much more.
We strive to provide quality customer service and hospitality to the college community and to guests as well as prompt, well-organized conference, event and meeting planning services, working hard to provide you with the best assistance possible.
Our office is the one-stop shop for event planning on campus for our external clients. From mid-May through early August, we specialize in renting college facilities for conference and camp use. During the academic year, we assist in planning conferences, athletic events, business meetings, weddings, and educational classes.
In addition, our office works with scheduling of all facilities on campus through the use of the reservation system. Overall, we provide our insight and expertise to all of our clients seeking Franklin & Marshall College as the site for their event.
