Clinical Membership
To join F&M EMS, you need to have a current Pennsylvania Department of Health-issued EMT-Basic certification (first responders are not accepted). If you are certified, please so we can set up a meeting. Following preliminary approval and testing, new members are placed on a one-semester probationary period. After the probationary period, new members are eligible to be tested and, if they pass the test, are voted in as clinical members.
