Project BOOST
BOOST, short for Building on Opportunities for Streamlined Technology, is F&M's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project that launched in January 2012 to upgrade software systems managing student and academic information, human resources, finances and admission.
The key objectives for the project include:
- Replacing and enhancing the current system
- Enhancing strategic decision making, reporting and forecasting
- Streamlining access to information
- Reducing paper and redundant data entry
- Preserving the security and integrity of data
