Inside F&M
Inside F&M, a new Web portal, is part of Project BOOST, F&M's Enterprise Resource Planning Project that launched in January 2012 to upgrade software systems managing student and academic information, human resources, finances and admission.
Launched in December 2012, Inside F&M replaces the old Web portal, MyDiplomat. It includes all information that was available in MyDiplomat, in addition to several new features including targeted announcements affecting students and College employees on campus and gateway access to Google Apps, mail and calendar.
For campus constituencies, Inside F&M provides a single point of entry to numerous resources, including financial information for employees, course information for students and faculty members, email, calendars, news and events. The portal organizes information under a series of tabs titled My Info, Academics, Community, Campus Services and Budget, with "portlets"—or boxed sections—containing information on each page. Like MyDiplomat, Inside F&M is password-protected and accessible from any computer.
