Customer Service: Focus our energy and resources on serving the needs of the campus community.
Better work, more often: Continually ask ourselves if our work is good enough. We must have creative strategies that make "doing it right the first time" our central focus.
Financial discipline: Simply, we must manage our own resources, (including people) very well.
Communication: Continue to improve our communications with requestors; by telephone, email and work order. In addition, keep the campus community informed when a potential F&O situation may affect them.
Champion team building: In order to be effective as a department we must communicate well with each other, making the time to keep each other up to date on situations and projects, and requesting assistance when needed.
