Facilities Planning & Capital Projects

Facilities Planning & Capital Projects, located at the Facilities Services Building on 415 Harrisburg Avenue, has primary responsibility for all facilities planning and responsibility for all construction and renovation projects. The Director for Facilities Planning & Capital Projects works with all departments on campus to create the "annual project renewal list" that is discussed and then presented as a set of recommendations each spring. This list is designed for small to medium size projects.

The Associate Provost and the Director work closely on all aspects of the college's capital projects, including but not limited to: programming studies, phases of design, development, bidding, awarding of contracts, and construction oversight.
