Deadlines
To be considered fully for need-based financial aid, you must indicate your intent to apply for need-based financial aid on the application for admission, and you must submit both a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and a completed Profile by the appropriate deadlines listed below.
Notification of intent to apply for financial aid or completion and submission of either the FAFSA or the Profile after the deadline will result in consideration for Federal need-based financial aid only.
Regular Decision Admission Financial Aid Applicants
- February 15, 2013 - FAFSA
- February 15, 2013 - Profile
- March 1, 2013 - 2012 Tax Forms and Schedules and W-2 copies (submit via IDOC)
- March 1, 2013 - Additional Forms* (submit via IDOC if we request you to do so)
Early Decision Round 1 Admission Financial Aid Applicants
- November 15, 2012 - Profile (estimate 2011 figures using 2010 tax year information)
- November 15, 2012 - 2011 Tax Forms and Schedules and W-2 copies
- November 15, 2012 - Additional Forms*
- February 15, 2013 - FAFSA
- March 1, 2013 - 2012 Tax Forms and Schedules and W-2 copies (submit via IDOC if we request you to do so)
Early Decision Round 2 Admission Financial Aid Applicants
- January 15, 2013 - Profile (estimate 2011 figures using 2010 tax year information)
- January 15, 2013 - 2010 Tax Forms and Schedules and W-2 copies
- January 15, 2013- Additional Forms*
- February 15, 2013- FAFSA

Transfer Student (U.S. citizens only) Financial Aid Applicants
- April 30, 2013 - FAFSA
- April 30, 2013 - Profile
- April 30, 2013 - Authorization to Release Information Form
* Additional Forms refers to any additional documentation or forms requested by the Office of Financial Aid in order to complete your application for need-based financial aid. The forms and documentation required are unique to each family and will be posted on MyAidAward. Your family will receive an email requesting the specific information needed, if any, after you begin the application process.
